Uhm no I don't have plans for iTunes and firefox.
Just because I don't use iTunes and I'm very glad with Amalgam 1.0.3 for Firefox.

Yes, go to control panel -> mouse -> cursor -> select the cursor you wan't to edit, click on browse and select your cursor ;).
